Seven Hills Global Ourtreach (SHGO)
In 2012 HOCAP entered into its first international partnership with Seven Hills Global Outreach (SHGO) lead by Dr. Jordan. This partnership brought a face lift to HOCAP micro loan project. The program brought a lot of transformation and sustainability in the lives of hundreds of families especially within the Okushibri and Kpoei-Ete communities.
SHGO also sent lots of educational supplies to the children within the communities and contributed to almost all projects that HOCAP embarked on including the donation of borehole and KVIP .
SHGO team with some students and friends of Dr. Jordan visited the project sites occasionally to check on communities and also to look at the progress of various projects.
Through SHGO, HOCAP got connected to people like Melissa who volunteered her time to work with communities in Ghana.
Westminster Presbyterian Church, Albany USA
Rev. Alice Kyei-Nti a Presbyterian minister who was very interested in community development introduced HOCAP to Westminster Presbyterian Church during their visit to Ghana. Once WPC visited the Okushibri community and saw the projects being undertaken, they quickly got involved and have supported the work of HOCAP since 2010 until in the year 2018 when the relationship was formalised into a partnership.
The contributions of WPC is so enormous, over the years they have supported girls to stay in school through the menstrual hygiene program, they helped grow the okushibri community school to make sure the children had a conducive atmosphere to study, they helped in the setting up of the Mama Alice community clinic in the Nyitawuta community, they supported farmers with funds to help cultivate new crops to mention but a few.

Presbyterian Church of Ghana congregations and individual members
The Rev. Alice Kyei-Anti led the Redemption congregation Tema Community 9 to partner HOCAP in many ways including organising a medical outreach for community members.
The Rev. Dr. Isaac Fokuo a Presbyterian Minister, the then District Minister for The Tema North District led the district to enter into a partnership with HOCAP and they supported the work of HOCAP in diverse ways.
Melissa
Melissa in 2014 was recommended by SHGO to HOCAP and she took great interest in the work of HOCAP. She initiated the poultry project in Okushibri and Kpoie-Ete as an alternative farming project to help the farmers move away from often concentrating on crop farming. Melissa has since become a friend of HOCAP and contributes in no small way in helping HOCAP with major projects.
